Our Expertise
Projects start with our in-house team of credentialed engineers plus a network of PE’s, to provide fully stamped designs for construction and as-built drawings for clients. Because quality and innovation is ingrained in our process, our engineering team makes certain the construction designs are problem-free.
Our dedicated procurement team sources the best quality materials at reasonable prices through close relationships and favorable terms with reliable vendors. We support local distributors and use only BNEF Tier 1 components.
Norwich Solar has developed a reliable quality assurance program that ensures sites are built as designed and operate as intended. Our team has demonstrated capability of building projects on time and on budget with an innate ability to meet any construction schedule and attain year-end tax equity deadlines. We prioritize collaboration with our partners and communicate daily and weekly reviews of construction processes and milestones with weekly summary reports of activities. Our construction team leaders ensure best-in-class workmanship and we provide warranty for our work. We also offer extended coverage capabilities, 24/7 monitoring, troubleshooting and quick response time via our RunTime Solar division.
Environmental Stewardship
We are experts at environmental matters with rigorous protection of any nearby wetland areas and rare & threatened species habitats. All of our projects include Erosion Prevention and Sediment Control (EPSC) and allow for easy site restoration. If any tree clearing needs to be done, we sustainably harvest lumber in conjunction with local forestry experts and retain chipped waste wood on site for erosion control. We incorporate agrivoltaic capabilities for sheep and cattle pasturing as the primary method of vegetation management at a variety of our sites.
